NCS Contact Centre Operative

We are preparing for the next season of NCS programmes and are looking for confident communcators to reach out to our young people and parents to inform them of the NCS opportunities and support them to book their place and not miss out on this incredible experience.

Hours of Works: We run the contact centre 3 nights a week: Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays. 4:30pm to 7pm. You are required to work a minimum of 2 nights a week, one of those nights must be a Tuesday.

Key Skills

  • Confidence in making telephone calls and handling queries, with quick thinking problem solving skills being key.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Sales experience is a benefit.
  • Must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills, ability to motivate, inspire and use your own initiative.
  • Passionate, empathic, sensitive and approachable nature.
  • Basic IT skills including experience of using Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge and experience of working on the NCS programme is highly desireable.
