School Events Co-ordinator

Are you passionate about helping young people to learn more about the world of work? Are you a confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people daily, providing excellent service levels? If so then we are now recruiting!


We are seeking to appoint a School Events Co-ordinator to join our Careers Service Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, planning and delivering bespoke careers events to support local schools in preparing young people for the world of work.

The School Events Co-ordinator will be expected to provide an innovative service that keeps pace with the ever changing needs of both education and the world of work, ensuring that high levels of customer service are provided to schools and colleges who commission our services. We have a reputation for delivering interactive and engaging events where students taking part can learn more about the key skills that promote success in the workplace, and understand further the different careers available to them in the future.

We welcome applications from individuals who have previous experience of working within careers education, or those with extensive events management experience. You will need to have high levels of communication along with the ability to network and build long standing working relationships. Experience of recruiting or co-ordinating volunteers will be advantageous.
