In March 2021, UK school students can connect with working engineers in real-time through I’m an Engineer, Get me out of here!
I’m an Engineer is a student-led online STEM engagement and enrichment project. In the Metre Zone, students can Ask engineers their questions, have 1-to-1 time with them through live text-based Chats, and Vote for their favourite engineer to win £500!
The activity is all online and flexible – you book a Chat at the time that suits your classes’ timetable.
Students can take part in the classroom or at home – all you need is wi-fi access and a computer or tablet. You don’t need audio or video.
