Can you help us shape the future workforce and upskill young individuals to become work ready?
We are looking for local business volunteers to support our upcoming Mock Interview Careers Events this month. If you wish to get involved, or learn more about the events listed below, please contact Lizzie Griffiths – Lizzie.Griffiths@leics-ebc.org.uk or call LEBC on (0116) 240 7000.
Volunteering at an LEBC career’s education event in a local school or colleges will help to:
- Raise the profile of your company and support future talent recruitment
- Promote your sector and address work-based myths and misconceptions
- Boost Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) opportunities by encouraging your employees to share their passion for their work
During the event, you will deliver 10-15minute mock interviews with secondary school students to help prepare them for college interviews and future job applications. When you engage with our partnership schools and LEBC’s School Events Team, we’ll do all the preparation work on your behalf.
