Assessor – Health and Safety – Work Experience Team

The Assessor role is a unique opportunity to support local businesses in providing safe and meaningful Work Experience placements to secondary school students.

Weekly target of carrying out an average of 25 Health and Safety audits at companies before they host students on work experience.

Assessors visit a wide range of companies across all industries, applicants must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Home based with travel daily to companies in Leicester, Leicestershire and occasionally Northamptonshire.

  • Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 depending on level of qualification and experience.
  • Full time, permanent position
  • Company Pension Scheme 10% contribution.
  • 25 days Holiday plus 8 bank public holidays
  • NEBOSH National General Certificate – Highly desirable
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle – non-negotiable Essential
