We are looking for a customer focused Account Lead to join our Work Experience team.
Work Experience is a crucial part of a young person’s transition into adulthood and gives them an opportunity to develop important transferable skills along with boosting their confidence and aspirations. This is a rewarding role, where you can have a huge impact and positive difference on a young persons journey into the world of work.
Working as part of our Work Experience Team, this role provides an effective service to local schools and colleges, placing their students into high-quality work experience placements in local companies. Being organised and the ability to problem solve, think on your feet and work to deadlines is essential.
You will contact existing companies on our database, as well as build relationships with new employers who are keen to give young people the chance to build confidence, improve key skills such as communication, and promote informed career decisions.

Hours:
Full time 37.5 hours a week, flexible start and finish times between 8am and 5pm.
Salary: starting salary £23,000 per annum), plus 10% employer pension contribution, TOIL and 25 days annual leave.
