I reached out to the LEBC team and was offered to do a practice mock interview to help me prepare. "LEBC has helped me in taking the next steps in life by playing a huge part in transitioning me from my A-Levels to a full time Finance Apprenticeship, which is what I have been aspiring to grasp since starting Year 12. They first helped me by talking me through changes I can make in my CV to make it more attractive to employers in the job role I desired. Once this had been done, I was invited to a ‘Mock Interview’ with the CEO of the company, Barbara, where she developed my knowledge of interviews and helped me realise what to prepare in order to stand a chance in being successful. Within a month of finishing my A-Levels, LEBC had already found a couple of apprenticeships that they felt would suit me. Despite the first one not working out, they helped me to remain positive and learn from the experience of not getting the job. When the second apprenticeship interview came, I felt more confident going in and got invited back to the second stage. One week later I tackled the second interview and came out knowing I had given it my best shot and been myself. Later that day, I received a call off Barbara telling me that I had been successful and that I would be starting on the 5^th of August. I owe LEBC the world for helping me transition from A-Levels with no planned future, to securing a perfect apprenticeship suited to me."
