We’ll help you choose the best apprenticeship for you. We’ll support you to ensure your CV is the best it can be and then introduce you to employers who are looking for Apprentices. And together we’ll set early career goals for you to work towards.
So, what exactly is an Apprenticeship?
Good question. Basically, it’s a paid job combined with practical training.
You’ll be an employee and earn a wage. You’ll work alongside experienced staff and gain job-specific skills. You’ll spend at least 20% of your normal working hours on off-the-job training.
At the end of your apprenticeship (which can take 1-5 years depending on the training) you’ll have a nationally recognised qualification.
