Our Careers Guidance Service for Schools and Colleges
As a matrix-accredited organisation with a team of qualified and experienced Careers Advisers, we provide career guidance services in schools across Leicester, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.
This includes:
- Taking responsibility for the Careers Advisors Level 6 qualification costs, CPD activities, annual leave cover, and event support
- Providing one-to-one and group careers appointments packed with advice and guidance (either in-person or online)
- Supporting your school to prepare and implement an inspiring careers programme that evidences the Gatsby Benchmarks
- Delivering careers workshops for students of all abilities, including those more vulnerable, ESOL, FSM, SEND and at risk of NEET
- Supporting your school to create meaningful encounters with local employees

We can deliver weekly 1, 2 or 3 day guidance and group sessions throughout the year, or ad hoc days to support capacity as needed for your students in years 9 to 13.
