LEBC was set up in 1992 as an independent charity, to create a one stop shop for employers, schools and colleges with the aim of helping young people to prepare for working life.
LEBC is governed by a Board of Trustees from local businesses and from a variety of sectors. Each member of the board is passionate about LEBC’s services for young people and the charities aim to support all to reach their potential.

Anjuu brings to the role over 25 years of leadership experience spanning higher education and private sector, leading knowledge exchange / technology transfer programmes between academia & industry and commercialisation of high-tech innovations.
Anjuu also holds directorship positions on the Leicestershire Business Voice (LBV) board and non-executive directorship on the East Midlands Chamber board.
As the CEO of LEBC, I am committed to augmenting our strong legacy of partnership work, to continue bridging the gap between education and the workplace and ensuring young people have access to the skills, guidance, and opportunities needed to succeed and achieve their full potential.
