LEBC was set up in 1992 as an independent charity, to create a one stop shop for employers, schools and colleges with the aim of helping young people to prepare for working life.
LEBC is governed by a Board of Trustees from local businesses and from a variety of sectors. Each member of the board is passionate about LEBC’s services for young people and the charities aim to support all to reach their potential.
“LEBC run great initiatives and events that I am so honoured to be a part of. They really do it all for the benefit of the young people and giving them that visibility that it’s ok not to be 100% sure what you want to do now, but here are some skills/things to think about that will help you, whichever option you choose.” IBM, Business Volunteer
