Want to help us shape the future workforce and upskill young individuals to become ‘work ready’?

Volunteering at our careers education events at local schools and colleges will help to:
- Raise the profile of your company and support future talent recruitment
- Promote your sector and address work-based myths and misconceptions
- Boost Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) opportunities by encouraging your employees to share their passion
When you engage with our partnership schools, we’ll do all the preparation work on your behalf.
Here’s how we bridge the gap between employers and schools and colleges

Our business volunteers deliver 15-minute mock interviews with secondary school students to prepare them for college interviews and job applications
- WHAT’S MY JOB?
At this ‘Guess Who?’ style event, primary and year 7/8 students use their communication and problem-solving skills to identify the business volunteer’s job role
