LEBC’s School Events Team – A Great Start to 2023!
LEBC School Events are in full swing!
So far in 2023, LEBC School Events have kick started the year working with 11 schools running events, assemblies and workshops. We have already been joined by 130 amazing volunteers sharing their own experiences with students to inspire them about the World of Work.
February also included National Apprenticeship Week and at LEBC, we ran three events throughout the week all aiming for students to learn more about apprenticeships and the opportunities that they provide after education.
We ran two virtual events- “Ask an Employer” & “Ask an Apprentice” in which students were able to ask questions about apprenticeships from the perspective of both the employer and apprentice. To end the week we ran a “Meet & Greet with LEBC” where we were joined by amazing businesses, students and the team at LEBC, to share knowledge and tips about apprenticeships for the future.
