Congratulations to Somercotes Academy student, Cara, for winning the PepsiCo Design a healthy lunchbox snack competition!
On Monday 23rd January 2023, Cara visited PepsiCo’s site in Beaumont Leys, Leicester where they learnt how the company train their taste testers and then took part in their own taste testing!
They also found out how PepsiCo develop snacks and breakfast cereals of the future, and even had a go at making their own new snack!
