Barbara set up LEBC in 1992 to help young people to prepare for working life. She is passionate about seeing young people develop their potential. Over the years she has championed careers education and encouraged employers to give their time, through offering work placements, giving talks in schools and colleges to inspire young people to be the best they can be.
