Caroline is Head of the Business Intelligence Service at Leicestershire County Council. She is passionate about using data and insight to inform decision making. Caroline has held senior management positions in both the private and public sectors, many of her roles have had a focus skills strategy, marketing and research.
Caroline became a Trustee as she has a desire to help young people make informed decisions about their future careers and to encourage young people to aim high. Young people need access to good quality labour market information, which is where Caroline feels she can contibute to LEBC. Caroline feels strongly about building self-confidence in young people and presenting them with inspiring role models, as well as enabling young people to develop life and employability skills alongside more traditional education provision.
