After 26 years working at Mercia, a leading UK CPD training and compliance business in the accountancy sector, in 2021 Nicola stepped down as her role as Managing Director. She now works as a Business Consultant supporting businesses on strategy, customer and employee engagement. She is also an entrepreneur in residence at the University of Nottingham Business School.
Whilst Nicola’s background is in marketing, she has a real passion for people development. Nicola became a Trustee as she was inspired by the work we do and wanted to help to widen awareness of the services and support LEBC can offer. In addition to being a Trustee, she is an active volunteer helping to inspire young people to reach their full potential with the belief that anything is possible.
