Rachael lead the National Citizen Service from May 2013 to Dec 2022, achieving growth and quality recognised at a regional and national level. Previously to this Rachael coordinated LEBC’s STEM outreach and promotion work in schools and businesses across Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes and was involved in the initial setup of Diplomas prior to that. With a keen interest in giving all young people an opportunity to make a difference Rachael has worked for LEBC for over 12 years. Rachael is currently acting as Interim Chief Executive.
