Susan spent most of her career in R&D for the pharmaceutical and food industry. Passionate about learning and development, she led the Global R&D college of learning and capability development for Mars University – an internal training and development function. This desire to invest in talent of the future also enabled her to start to work with external education partners in training and development as well as connecting with schools, universities and peer companies to address the increasingly challenging war on talent.
She has supported the STEM community, particularly women and girls during her career and has joined the board of LEBC to further invest in and nourish a new generation of curious scientists and future leaders who enable people and the planet to thrive.
